I got fairly fucked up last night and felt like hell this morning. I have an 8AM Health lecture/swimming class and today was the first day we swam. Needless to say, I wasn’t doing any flip-turns or butterfly stroke.(I couldn’t even really do that when I swam competitively) I looked/felt like hell right after the swim but now I feel great.
